There will be an open evening for anyone interested in joining the Squadron on 28 May 2012 at 7:30pm at the Squadron HQ.
Parents and potential cadets are welcome to come and visit us and learn about what we do. There will be a presentation about the Air Cadet Organisation and the what Squadron gets involved in. Air Training Corps
We are part of the Air Training Corps (ATC) - one of the UK's biggest youth organisations, where "air minded" young people between the ages of 13 and 18 enjoy what the ATC has to offer.
Our Squadron is based in Coalville, Leicestershire and is a thriving unit. We parade every Tuesday and Thursday evening between 7:15 and 9:30pm at our hut on Forest Road - very close to Newbridge School. You can find a map on our "Contact us" page.
You don't have to be an "aeroplane geek" to join us, but an interest in flying and flight will help! If you like the sound of learning more about arcraft and flying, parading, getting outdoors, being involved in the community and much much more - then read on!
Everything we do supports the three aims of the ATC
